The Heirloom Room is such a stand out restaurant sitting right on the Little Pigeon River at the foothills of the Smokies. It is easily one of the most upscale dining experiences you will find in the Smokies. Nothing on this menu is basic, every plate had its own unique flavor profile. My personal favorite was the wild mushroom bisque, smoked wild boar croquettes and the bone in pork chop with shaved brussel sprouts and mustard sauce.
